Responsible for planning and management of events logistics and deliverables, floor plan management, exhibitor manuals and internal events calendar. manage suppliers, prepare requirements briefing to all suppliers and contractors and negotiate as the budget and deliverables quality require. Manage side events along major events such as Press Conferences, Product Launching, Conferences, Meetings. Handle accreditation & registration process to events. Raise LPOs to supplier and manage payments to suppliers.

- Source potential partnerships specific to each event. - Create event plans and partnership packages that are customized to the clients’ brand requirements, guidelines and target audience. - Support and assist operation’s team during events. - Work with the clients marketing team to ensure all elements of the partnership agreement are executed. - Work closely with the ZSC operational and marketing team to ensure partnership elements are deliverable
