As the Lead Business Analyst, I lead the team that manages, develops, and implements digital changes across the programme. Appointed as Project Manager on the $MM Shah Deniz 2 Project (SD2) awarded by BP. Tendered for, secured & managed project as single point of contact for all stakeholders. This was a program consisting of four interrelated projects. The main objective was to achieve highest levels of client satisfaction by meeting complex material requirements and delivering to a tight project schedule within budget.

Based in the internal Logistics and Logistics Controlling Department at Audi HQ Ingolstadt • Launched innovative logistics concept of Vendor Managed Inventory as member of project team for pilot project; optimised stock levels of air conditioning units for Audi A4 model • Assessed outlook on future delivery scenarios and inherent optimization potential on weekly basis; proposed changes to direct relations and milk run deliveries
