Working along the entire mandate lifecycle to place candidates predominantly into Director and Partner/CEO level positions across EMEA and North America. Carrying out desk-based (Linkedin, white papers, conferences) and telephone-based/sourcing research.

Worked across the Advisory&Consultancy, Valuation and Market Research divisions of the business. Performed Portfolio Valuation & Due diligence according to RICS Valuation Principles. Participated in extensive Market Research reports for the hotel, land, retail, office space and residential markets. Research methods included phone-based and desk-based techniques.

A 12-week field sales internship frontline selling to customers, managing many different geographical areas across Central London on a rotative basis and visiting local cafes, delis and local newsagents to increase the distribution of Tropicana and Naked products. Included 3 weeks of Sales and FMCG Industry training based in Head Office.

Financial Department: Management control, cash balances, processing invoices and delivery notes, month closings, analysis of financial statements. Human Resources Department: Control of signings and presence, design of the recruited profile, curriculum screening, database management of candidates, final interviews, monitoring and control of the recruitment process. Payrolls, registrations and terminations of employees.
