-Baculovirus mediated expression, purification and characterization of humanized anti-EGFRvIII scfv in SF21 insect cells - Mentored and trained masters students. -Assisted “Study on the expression of pathologically relevant proteins involved in Diabetic Retinopathy in astrocytes and muller cells” (Novartis) - compared and evaluated the effect of aqueous and vitreous humor from patients with Diabetic Retinopathy on vital pathologically relevant molecules in astrocytes and muller cells.

- Evaluated the effect of CSF from patients (MS and other neurological disorders) on astrocytic molecules (GMF b, QDPR, PHB1, DJ1, GM-CSF, iNOS, HMGB1, NO) - Studied the influence of QDPR and GMF b on the immunologically active molecules in astrocytes -Accomplished tranfection, enhanced expression and purification of QDPR and GMF b in astrocytes (CTX.TNA2) -Performed antibody purification from MS patients CSF samples and studied the reactivity of the purified antibody fraction towards QDPR.
