Support and coordinate project activities within the Function for Organizational Affairs

Development of NIS organization based on identification and standardization of business processes, development and introduction of management systems, consolidation and optimization of existing ISO certification in NIS business organizations. Harmonization with Gazprom-neft business system, processes and standards.

Introduction of IT service management in verticaly integrated NIS ICT department after M&A with Gazprom neft. Development of initial ICT Service Catalogues and Service Level Agreements and establishment of new ICT Service oriented organization based on ITIL recommendations.

Coordination of the NIS Petrol ICT Departments, Information System operation and development. Three years in MyNIS SAP project management as a PM Deputy. Team lead for Incident management, Team lead for Change Impact within the Change Management Team. Initiated the development of SAP BI System, introduction of the Enterprise Performance Management concept, Balanced Scorecard and SCOR - Supply Chain Operation Reference model to be applied in NIS. Team Menber for implementation of REACH regulation project.

Introduction of new management team, organizational changes and refinery transformation to enable its effective and efficient operation as a cost center processing for a fee. Reengineering of business and production processes, adoption of changes in suply chain and coordination of joint refinery operation. Improvement of energy efficiency and decrease of self consumption. Continuation of the destroyed refinery reconstruction (after NATO bombardment in 1999.) ISO 9000/14000 acreditation. SAP introduction.

Novi Sad Refinery System Support Department included ICT, QM and Planning / Controlling Departments and supporting activities. Coordinator on Business / Organization restructuring of NIS Novi Sad Oil Refinery, supported by the team of consultants from Adizes SEE during the refinery and business restructuring period.

Pursuing the continuous IS development and education of personnel, to enable the change of mindset and attitude toward the new position and role of IT in NIS Refinery. New IS was based on Linux, Open Source and new refinery communication infrastructure.

Introduction of Internet, redesign of Information System based on new refinery communication infrastructure (optical network), LANs and WAN. Design and development of first web-site presentation for NIS Novi Sad Refinery back in 1997.

Studio was established in Novi Sad - Serbia, as a branch of an American Studio during the development of Internet sales and marketing in USA. Responsible to establish and organize the Studio, its operation in 3 shifts and deliver computer “wire frames” - 3D objects used in computer animations. Studio engaged more than 40 developers to create 3D object libraries and multimedia CD presentations. Web development, C / C++ programming, computer and network engineering and sales.

Development and implementation of Information System, based on WATCOM RDBMS, designed to support sales network and distributed sales offices in Novi Sad and Belgrade. Information System was designed for the on-line support, coordination of dealer’s network, inventory management and as management reporting tool. Development of voice recognition software for Panasonic equipment.

Engaged in research and as education assistant in subjects Automation System Control and Large Scale System Control. number of World Bank and UNESCO projects and in organization of World Bank Courses at International Centre for Large Scale Control and Decision Systems (World Bank Education Center at Novi Sad University). Responsible for coordination of courses and as a trainer in Computer Aided Decision Systems Courses.
