Creation of data analysis and post processing tool using MATLAB to provide reliable database for neural networks training module. Driving cycles data from Renault 1.2L engine in electrical test bench. Phase1 – Verification of gasoline engine test bench parameters within stipulated minimum/maximum range. Phase2 – Gradient tests for various pressure and temperatures in engine – (WLTC and RTS). Phase3 – Functional tests/Physical relation tests for all components in air intake circuit.

Reporting to director directly, taking care of PPAP documentation, scheduled and organized SPC and MSA activities. Member of Product development team from Quality department providing input for FMEA. Customer interaction for understanding quality requirements and handling customer complaints using QC tools. Internal auditor for ISO/TS 16949 and later IATF 16949. Handling of supplier issues and supplier selection. Process and product improvement by solving quality issues in-line and final inspection stages..

I was in-charge of 2D and 3D modelling for brake, engine and steering components using Solidworks and CATIA v5. Created 2D models of forging tools and dies using AutoCAD. Being part of the APQP team for product development, I also supported production team from prototype creation to mass production. Customer interaction to understand the product requirements and usage in industry. A CFT member and gave inputs in documentation of FMEA and continual improvement ideas.
