My tasks: • Functional and disciplinary management of the Group Finance team (FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IFRS Reporting and HGB Accounting). • Communicate and report to the shareholder, the Group C-level and the Group Audit and Risk Committee. • In addition to the operational tasks, I was responsible for a Finance transformation project, the core of which was the establishment of a common shared financial services center (FP&A, treasury, IFRS reporting) in the Group.

My tasks: • As deputy managing director, I managed a team of 98 directly subordinate employees in terms of functional and disciplinary matters and was also functionally responsible for more than 1,000 employees of Transneft Group's 80 subsidiaries. Budgeting, liquidity management and FP&A were also part of my responsibilities. Completed projects: • Group Budget Consolidation (plan, actual, forecast) on the SAP FC platform (scope of consolidation includes more than 80 reporting subsidiaries) and others.

My tasks: • Functional and disciplinary management of the international Group Finance team (FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IFRS Reporting and HGB Accounting). • My responsibilities included business planning, liquidity management, Russian HGB and IFRS accounting and reporting, tax planning and internal control environment. • Post M&A restructuring and integration of assets into the new owner's upstream, downstream and retail portfolio.

My tasks: • Functional and disciplinary management of a Finance team. • Establish and support internal control environment of the company. • Tax and financial due diligence of potential M&A targets and communication with external auditors and advisors. Completed projects: • Post M&A integration of a new company (Nafta Industrija Serbija, Serbia) into the "Internal Control" division and recruitment of key personnel. • Restructuring the tax liabilities of the foreign group structure.
