To locate and refer new talent to open positions within Albus White to grow the company and support the strategic vision of the founders and support the HR team. As a recruiter, I am constantly looking for a new contacts and connections and looking to meet new interesting people.
Working as a Junior Recruiter my tasks included finding and screening potential employees to join our talented working force. I was tasked to hire a brand new department at Contenful, which was very challenging because of time constraints and ensuring that all the new potential employees were able to run the new department efficiently. I was able to succeed in this project and the new department was running without any problems within 5 weeks.

During my time in Institute of Technology I was more and more in IT and startups. So when I got the chance to join one and start working in the fascinating IT industry, I did not want to pass the opportunity! At HitFox I really started focusing on IT, developer and financial experts. Working in a startup atmosphere was something I ´had never before experienced but learned to worked there efficiently very quickly.

At the Institute of Technology, I was in leading a very small team of recruiters. This was a brand new experience for me since, I had never before been in charge of other employees. I had to learn multiple things really quickly and ensure that my co-workers were doing good whilst keeping my own work up to the standard. This is where I really learned the meaning of multi-tasking.

After my traineeship, I was hired as a full-time HR professional at the Deutsche Telecom. During my stay there, I was writing HR reports, ensuring employee welfare and atmosphere, supporting the existing HR team regarding employee issues. Later on I focused more heavily on recruitment and head-hunting. Finding hidden talent on expert level positions, was very challenging but at the same time very rewarding experience.
I was a HR Trainee after my graduation at Deutsche Telecom for 6 months. During this time I was taught general principles and tasks regarding HR. I was involved writing and reviewing job descriptions, reviewing CVs and candidates and even conduction an interview.

Customer Care Representative

After finishing my BCs and before starting my MA I was working as a Customer Care Representative at the Ibis Hotel Berlin. This was a customer facing job, where I dealt with customers from all kinds of backgrounds and situations. This taught me a great deal on how to deal with problems and how to solve problems efficiently and fast. The fast pace hotel environment meant that I had to be quickly and think with my feet very often.
