Tasks: reduced loss and prepared M&A, sale of the company after turn-around.

Member of the management steering group and directly reporting to the Group-CFO and Group-Restructuring-Officer. Involved in Cost Improvement Programs / Social Plans / Redundancy programmes (e.g. Printing Plant), Organisation Design (e.g. pilot for regional TelCo service provision), Controlling, Setup of Spin-Off (in Financial Printing), then detached to Luxembourg to rescue and prepare M&A of a 50%-subsidiary (IT service provider). Controller. Subjects ranging from Controlling to Cost Improvement Programs (called "Operation WIN" or "proFIT"), support Procurement on group-level (to select phone/data-, car-leasing-, insurance -providers etc.), calculated make-or-buy, investment appraisals, outsourcing, supported standardisation / organisation design (e.g. detached for one year to the new subsidiary Tehalit in Heltersberg to support their Controlling-dep. after M&A).
