Über mich
Change - that is my cup of tea. I have worked in international corporates that constantly changed. And so did I. From a studied electrical engineer to a Communications Director and New Work Enthusiast to a Change Leader. Quite a journey. And it shows: going through and accompanying transformation processes is my purpose. It's what I love. Over time, I had the chance to co-create change programs with my colleagues that helped us level up: from M&A integration, cultural programs, digital transformation, new processes and agile methodologies, to new team set ups and the development of new corporate identities. To reinforce the change management know-how that I have gained in a learning by doing approach, I am currently attending a change manager certification program that provides me with a wider variety of methods and broad positioning in this particular field. I like to act as coach and multiplier to others and be their sparring partner - that is what makes me get up every morning.
