Building up a sales organization from six associates in 2004 to 180 associates in 2012, incl. sales, marketing, product management, technical support and customer service, as well as all supporting functions for EMEA. - Increasing revenue from €6.5 million in 2004 to more than €1 billion in 2012. - Development of a sales order backlog of more than €4 billion in 2007, enabling production expansion and a $450 million IPO on the US NASDAQ.
