Changan is a major Chinese automotive company. Working mainly with the Powertrain Control and Electronics department, I was tasked with researching and implementing capability improvement measures. My main focus was software processes and requirements management in the context of company-wide process improvement. I served on the company's Process Improvement Council and managed the provision of standards throughout the company.

Developed and tested software for a prototype automated manual gearbox system to win major production contract. Improved documentation and software development practices. Coordinated activities of a team of 10 engineers.

Embedded software development. Part of a small team responsible for every aspect of software control on the Formula 1 car. Defined requirements, wrote system documentation, supervised FIA audits, scheduled team.
