Joined a group business as Shareholder and Director to establish an SAP & HR Systems Recruitment Agency from scratch. We worked with over 50 SAP customers and partners across the UK and EU. Left the group in March 2019 to start my own business.

SAP/IT Recruitment/Head-Hunting and Account Management for SAP Customers/Partners whilst working for Hays and a Boutique IT recruitment agency. Customers included: Avon (USA), Reckitt Benckiser (RB), Bacardi (USA, Spain and Switzerland), McBride, Edenhouse Solutions, IBM, Itelligence, Kingspan, Fujitsu, Wipro, JTI, Premier Foods, HJ Heinz, Tyco and numerous other FMCG, Manufacturing, Utilities, Public Sector and Automotive organisations across the UK and Europe.

I was brought in to add knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory procedures within a sales environment at a time where P4U were making significant and much needed steps to improve service. My role involved managing Sales Teams, Administrators and Deputy Managers where I strived to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and in turn maximised sales, retention, and growth whilst having the overseeing responsibility for hiring, training, compliance and stock management.

Working within Retail Banking covering the following aspects through multiple roles and promotions: -Sales/People/Performance Management -Team Leadership -FSA Compliance -CRM Super User -CRM Upgrade and UAT Project(s) Volunteer -Business/Project Lead and Team Manager. Received a personal letter of thanks from Andy Hornby (CEO) for assistance in a key project surrounding miscalculated loan settlements.
