Responsible for monitoring supply markets, achieving significant cost savings through negotiations and sourcing strategies, managing supplier quality and performance via KPIs, audits, and claim management, and implementing preventive quality measures in localization and outsourcing projects.

Responsible for strategic and operational purchasing within the fabrication category, including market and quotation analysis, supplier selection and phase-out, make-or-buy decisions, and active involvement in quality, cost, and problem-solving activities with internal and external stakeholders.
