Ensured for constant progress at each iteration. Ensured delivery to 90% at each iteration (the 10% being external dependencies and therefore risks often not controlled but known). Collaborated in 5 PI Planning.

A strategy leader and project coordinator for globally dispersed teams in India, the US and France in the development of core business processes for this insurance sector start-up business. As Scrum Master, I was accountable for ensuring the on-boarding of Agile methodology in the development of IT solutions based on established stakeholder requirements. I also coordinated business operations across all stages of the development process, liaising with the Project Office and stakeholders.

Generated a turnover > £ 340K Coached, animated and motivated a team of 10 instructors and 10 apprentices. Oversee the Club's Marketing Strategy and Social Media Advertising. Ensured Reporting and Audit. Organized activities to motivate members and approached new members. The company was awarded in 2012 and 2013.
