As a Student Research Assistant, my work mainly consisted of : • Using a commercial Maxwell Solver Lumerical FDTD to run numerical solutions for tailored light fields interacting with nanoparticles. • Retrieving spectral properties and the polarization response •Post processing the resulting data using MATLAB and finally documenting the results for future research.
