Lead architect of the Talend → AWS Lambda & Snowflake ELT migration. Designed and run an LLM-agent workflow (Claude Code) with approval gates across SQL, Python and Terraform, cutting delivery from weeks to days. Built Snowflake Cortex ML data-quality checks for invoicing of 12 carriers (€5M+/month, 24h SLA). ML in production: 95%-accurate pallet prediction, peak-volume forecasting (XGBoost, Prophet), NLP status detection. Make.com automation for carrier data and Customs.

Worked with SQL, Python, and statistics to improve internal/external tools and add impactful features. Built auto-renewable Jupyter reports (MySQL, matplotlib/seaborn/bokeh) and KPI dashboards. Developed supervised ML models (scipy, scikit-learn) for business decisions. Used New Relic and Looker for broader analysis. Owned a Kanban board for analytics/DS, delivering unique interactive reports and robust ML models.

Took the SOLA public Wi-Fi network from concept to launch: tariffs and pricing strategy, coverage plan based on on-site research, vendor and agency management, and the website.

Analysed the B2B tariff market and competitor activity, tested billing correctness of all tariffs and services, and launched 2 new tariff plans based on usage data.

Prepared Excel-based sales and marketing reports for management, contributed to the business plan and direct-marketing budget, and rebuilt the department's documentation process.

Built and ran my own mobile app business: market research, product management, free and paid releases on Google Play, and full technical support. Reached 40K+ free and 1,500+ paid downloads and paid back the investment.

Tracked app performance metrics, ran QA on all applications across devices, and wrote the technical documentation. Guided 6 draft apps through testing, 2 of which were released commercially.
