After my summer position in 2016, I was asked to return to the agency. • I led the development and implementation of my suggested classification method. • I guided the steering committee’s work with integrating Agenda 2030 on strategic and operational levels. • I presented the agency’s work with Agenda 2030 at several events with internal and external actors. • My work led to the appointment of a project group for Agenda 2030 consisting of seven employees and a total of four fulltime positions.

• I provided the project leader of a green-/clean-tech research and innovation project with research on the sustainability aspects of high-tech indoor farming. • This included a literature review, a market analysis, and empirics from study visits and interviews with Swedish, Belgian, and Dutch industry actors. • My work was essential for the project to receive one more round of funding.

• I introduced Agenda 2030 to the agency as a framework for classifying funded projects’ potential to contribute to the agency’s mission - sustainable growth. • My work was highly valued and initiated a process guided by Agenda 2030 which will transform the agency’s strategic and operational processes at the core. • A steering committee was developed which engaged four managers and four employees from different departments.

• I consulted a vast variety of clients with their current accounting including bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables, invoicing, reconciliations as well as monthly financial reporting.

• I processed visa applications for Swedish travellers to India • I became responsible for incomplete applications which involved daily communication with applicants via phone or mail. • I acted as a hostess for drop-in clients entailing I controlled applications, answered questions and assisted with completion of documents.

• I developed a framework for Social Return on Investment analyses of micro insurance projects. • I coordinated and executed a field-study based on data collection through focus groups and questionnaires from 140 rural families in Orissa, India. • I cleaned data from 10.000 insurance clients, developed questionnaires, organized interpreters and interviewers, and finally analysed the data and wrote a report.
