Working on the extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL) project at TRUMPF; the state-of-the-art technology to produce chip structures on the smallest possible scale using a laser with a wavelength of only 13.5 nanometers. Leading multiple seed laser development projects with a team made of engineers and physicists to develop the next generation of seed lasers used in the TRUMPF CO2 drive laser system.

New product development of lasers including design and lab testing, R&D support for production issues, leading core teams, and supporting group head in various organizational topics and project communications to internal and external stakeholders.

Developing processes and generating novel knowledge for the manufacture of innovative implants for bone tissue regeneration using the technology of additive manufacturing. For instance, manufacture of scaffolds without the use of pre-designed architectures that significantly exceeded the mechanical properties of the state-of-the-art scaffolds. Developement of a single-step process to manufacture hydrophilic scaffolds out of a hydrophobic PHBV powder.

Supporting subsidiaries in Korea and South East Asia for the sales of high power 3D laser systems and OEM lasers and managing sales projects as an in-house consultant. Customer projects were based on applications such as laser-cutting, -welding, -marking, and -metal deposition.

Working in a research project called changeable production systems live (WPSlive). Together with three industrial partners, this project aimed to optimize the way how companies process their manufacturing orders. In my thesis, I developed a role model concept for changeable order processing methods applicable for made-to-order manufacturers under consideration of industry specific changeability drivers.

Working as a dual-studies traine in various departments including purchasing, marketing and sales, controlling, treasury and finance located in Germany and the USA. Concluding with bachelor thesis: Company evaluation methods and the interpretation of the goodwill impairment tests according to the International Financial Reporting Standards.
