Based in Paris - Controller in the Aviation Department (Total Sales & Marketing). Main tasks: Controller of Air Total International (13 countries) => Monthly reports, financial assistance, preparation of Budget 2015 and Long Term Plan 2016-2025; Financial support and reporting for the hedging of "Lag Effect" (European perimeter). Secondary tasks: Review of forecasts; Preparation of the monthly department's Dashboard; Development of the Horus Essbase reports.

Based in Rüsselsheim (HQ, Germany). Aftersales/Finance departement - Structural costs, composed of 3 senior financial analysts. Missions: -Financial studies for structural costs Aftersales GM Europe; -Consolidation and reporting to the management (Over 20 countries to monitor) => Monthly basis; -Follow up of purchase orders from Aftersales departement => SAP and relations with budget holders (under the Aftersales department scope).

About 60 employees ; Turnover approx. €12M -> Disclosing KPI to the executives, as well as all the departments: Handling their implementation. -> Financial studies: on BtoB contracts, P&L, budgeting forecast, cost analysis... -> Transition forward the new management tool (8sens : accountancy and control), which was developed beginning of 2013, to allow comparability through years -> Key strategies : new projects (e.g new retention scheme on a specific customers data basis).
