-Managing sales controlling activities for a business group at Rieter, covering actuals, forecasting, budgeting, strategic (long term) planning -Business partner to the management -Analysis of sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities, variance analyses, monitoring KPI´s, tracking progress, reporting, presenting -Contributing to pricing strategy development -Leading the implementation of a new, group-wide sales forecasting process, improving FC accuracy and alignment across business units

• Financial responsibility for a part of Material costs (local materials) and full Logistic costs in D-A-CH region for 3 categories (Dairy, Waters and Specialized nutrition) – where we have the strongest influence • Leading a team with 2 direct reports (whereof 1 senior controller) • Coordinating (and doing 1 category) of monthly closings and forecasts / budgets, presenting to various stakeholders (big picture) • Development and harmonization of reporting, implementing new systems (Tagetik, SAP)

• Financial responsibility for 12 Personal Care factories across EU, MEA and North America (approx EUR 1.5 Bn COGS) • Indirect responsibility for local factory controlling teams • Coordination and consolidation of monthly closings and forecasts / budgets • Deviation analysis , explanation of variances covering 5 categories in 2 business units, presentation of deviations to the Business Units, acting as a speaking partner for all the questions / requests • Development and harmonization of reporting

• Full value chain responsibility for sales in 90+ countries and production in 30+ factories (approx. EUR 3.8 Bn revenues), including GBS (Global Business Services) and GBIS (Global Brand, Innovation and Sustainability) • Coordination and working closely with 6 sales regions & 2 Supply Chain organizations providing a consolidated view of the business unit Consumer Goods performance • Coordination of budget, forecast • Project management: project leader for 2 big international projects: ROMI and OMEGA

• Full value chain responsibility for sales in 3 countries and production in 1 factory • Budget and forecast preparation, coordination of budget / forecast process • Responsible for reporting, KPI analysis, analysis of cost drivers in detail, follow up on gap analyses • Analysis of financial results, variance explanation • Preparing and analysis of various business cases to support business decisions as well as new product launches • Cooperation with the Audit team

• Responsible for the financial management of the annual cost of production at a large stone wool (insulation materials) manufacturing factory • Responsible for reporting, KPI analysis, analysis of cost drivers in detail, follow up on gap analyses • Budget and forecast preparation, coordination of budgeting / forecasting process, review with the management • Manufacturing cost calculations for new products, margin calculations for different markets • Conducting analyses to support business decisions

• Full accounting for the legal entity • Posting of incoming invoices, bank statements, travel expenses, using SAP • Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end profit and loss and balance sheet reports • Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities) • Reconciliation of customers and suppliers • Calculation and posting of exchange rate gains / losses, depreciation, accruals • Complying with state and federal tax filing requirements • Cooperation with the Audit team
