Hey there, I'm Szonja. 👋🏽 I work as a 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓 at a terrific software company. I am super passionate about recruitment because this is the only field that combines sales, marketing, customer service and a bunch of other disciplines. And what else do you need to have the most fulfilling job in the world? I get energised by great interviews with ambitious candidates, by educating fresh hiring managers on interviewing and by creating -mainly sarcastic- videos to boost our brand awareness.
