 QA team building and management.  Job interviewing and educating of new team members.  Organising a traineeship for studios game testers, related departments employees and foreign interns.  Tasks planning and prioretising.  Providing monthly reports and quartal presentations of the department work.  Planning annual budget of QA department.

 Manual game testing (functional, linguistic, gameplay, casual focus tests).  Creating and maintaining test cases, test plans and documentation.  Bug-reporting in JIRA.  Organizing and reporting the results of closed beta-tests.

 Monitoring and analyzing network communities activity.  Organizing opinion polls, online conferences and intervews with users.  Making tasks to web-developers and designers.

 Region medicines markets analysis.  Price bidding and covering tender documentation.  Coordination of purchases and supply departments activity.
