I worked as a temp for Wal-mart home office and we were upgrading all the higher management from the Treo phone to the Blackberry phone and I was in charge of shipping out the phones to other businesses.

Answered incoming calls, we worked a help desk and did all troubleshooting for registers and debit readers for wal-mart in the US and PR and I took all Spanish speaking stores. We kept all of out notes in a program called Remedy, and used other various programs to look into the store and look at the register to find exactly what the issue the employee was having.

We supplied wal-mart stores all over the US and PR with our product which was one dollar dvd's. We would answer incoming calls with questions about the product or if the store needed more product we would take the orders, if the store was close to our city then we would actually take the product to the store and stock the shelves or jsut as a courtesy once a month we would stop by and restock and straighten the racks of our product, we also used programs to keep track of all orders placed and other info.

I answered incoming calls, greeted clients as they came in the door, scheduled meetings for attorney, made file for new client info, requested medical bills and records, took care of incoming and outgoing mail, assisted legal assistant as needed.

I worked inder the broker and as she filled the loads I would put all the information of that load together and get it to the driver and as that load was completed the driver would get me the info I need and I gave it to the broker and also dispatch the driver and answered any wuestions that he may have had.I also used several programs on the computer like microsoft office, outlook, internet and others.
