Sourcing of German partners (distributors, sales representatives) in a wide variety of sectors. Market research reports. Attendance to and reports on German trade shows including analyses, assessments and statistics. Preparation and administration of direct and reverse trade missions. Planning of business meetings.

Management and expansion of the company’s international clients portfolio. Presence in international trade fairs as exhibitor. Sourcing of distributors and international trade partners and management of the distribution network and export activity (shipments, payments, customs). Cooperation with the marketing department in the development of international marketing campaigns. Monthly and yearly export sales assessment. Head of the Export Department in absence of HOD. Management of international purchase.

In close cooperation with the design team, administration of new product developments until purchase. Contact with national and international suppliers (technical data of the products, instructions for sampling, purchase price negotiation). Sourcing and evaluation of international suppliers. Cooperation with the purchasing/imports department (placement of orders, administration of the accessories/jewellery collection, stock control, imports administration)

Warranty claims administration in the After-Sales Department. Supply of parts and pieces to distributors, official dealers and private clients. Incidents reporting and control (ISO 9001).

Direct sales to customers. Cash handling. Management of customer enquiries and visual merchandising.

Sales and customer service, team supervising (4 people). Management of customers enquiries and complaints, cashing up and banking daily takings, stock control, orders to suppliers, quality control.
