Facilitated the continuous training and development for a team of 30+ staff members. Responded to escalated and emergency situations involving program participants. Maintained accurate records for department of state reporting purposes. Juggled a big-picture understanding of the clientele region while simultaneously executing short-term goals. Improved customer experience and customer retention by responding to consumer response surveys and developing proactive company practices

Consulted proactively with Investment Advisor clients with the objective of promoting client retention and growth. Collaborated with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information Introduced new products and services as well as recommend service enhancements. Researched and respond to client issues related to investments, tax reporting, transfers and other areas of product knowledge.

Served as an AmeriCorps volunteer in Miami Carol City Senior High School (an under-resourced urban public school) as a tutor, mentor and role model in Algebra. I carried out daily interventions with the lowest performing 35% of students to improve math skills and reinforce coursework with 50+ students. I also lead daily mentoring program for 12 corps members used for supplemental behavior support within the school, targeting 100 students.
