• Discover and acquire customer needs and contribute to the further development of the platform • Responsible for finding, troubleshooting, diagnosing, tracking and resolving technical issues on the platform • Join platform tests, perform and coordinate them • Support customers from Europe and Turkey • Develop and update standard helpdesk materials • Maintain the knowledge base of the platform • Providing technical support and customer service
