- Supervise GHTK’s daily operations (express delivery & fulfilment service) at the postal stations to ensure the quality of GHTK delivery services; - Be responsible for risk management, directly solving problems arising flexibly and quickly, giving necessary measures to improve operations results.

- Work in the procurement processes including maintenance of master data and monitoring of the quantities/schedule line; - Identify material bottlenecks; - Create production downtime messages (Line Down Announcement); - Request of needed stocks from other Continental plants and corresponding processing of internal material purchases.

- Generate and verify reports and KPIs; - Ensure that the data sources are up-to-date; - Support in determination and monitoring the optimal material inventory as well as conducting annual inventory at catering stations worldwide.
