Migrated legacy Access database to Salesforce - cleansing data, creating custom objects, triggers, validation rules & reports. In charge of training new users on Salesforce use and best practices. Day to day administration - dealing with user security models & permissions, creating custom reports, troubleshooting existing APEX code & creating new triggers & classes as needed. Meeting with all high-level employees in the agency to assess which group has the greatest need to be moved onto Salesforce.

Answered helpdesk phone and provided telephone, virtual and in-person support for 100+ employees at 4 company locations. Assisted in computer builds, software installs and general server maintenance. In charge of day to day operations for sixteen websites – updated eleven and completely overhauled the other five over the course of a year.
