• Target identifications, due diligence and implementation of turnover plans for Private Equity firms • Re-organization and merger of the sales department of 4 luxury brands (200+ employees) • Development of a return to profitability plan for an automotive repair shop network (~350M€ sales / year) • Creation, in France, of an innovative Lean Management training center (500k€ + investment)

• Analysis, synthesis, and recommendations on companies and sectors (High technology, Defense) • Creation of business plans, valuation analysis • Preparation of written presentations and proposals in French and in English for prospective clients
