Coordinated accurate compilation and analysis of budget and forecast process on expenses side. Managed accounting, finance and treasury for all offshore entities for West and North Africa, CIS, Middle East and Caspian Region. Led the entire set up of new accounting system for North Africa (Egypt, Mauritania, Algeria and Libya).

Managed the accounting and finance function of 4 entities in continental Europe, including monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, budget & forecast, establishment of annual balance sheets and local taxes.
