Pre-opening: Designing layout of bar, tables, displays, signage etc; Structuring general operations, consumer and B2B marketing, equipping bar, selecting suppliers, recruiting bar staff and DJ’s/entertainment. Post-Opening: Daily operations, supplier & public relations, training, events sales & coordination and generating new business opportunities.

Helping bring this newly opened bar onto the Shanghai night-life scene. Along side the owner, duties include day to day operational management, designing and implementing improvements to the procedures and bar in general, marketing, events sales & coordination, public relations and training and supervision of staff.

Working throughout the F&B department carrying out general management duties in 2 restaurants, a lobby lounge and a bar, marketing venues for events, alongside key projects and working closely with the DFB.

Working with the two owners to improve the current business structure, accounting system, marketing plan and general operations of the scuba diving centre, and managing the newly opened sales shop.
