• functional leadership of the Team • representing Config Mgmt (A38o) in tool- and process-projects • responsible for - data consistency with ACC2 and MODA to ensure MOD Closure activities per aircraft - transnational coordination within the A38o - trans-programme coordination within Airbus Germany - MOD validity management in MODA • training of DTRs and CVEs in MOD Closure in MODA / processes • monitoring and reporting of DQN incorporation after MOD Closure

• ensuring MOD Closure for CCC and FAF (stage 0 / stage 3a / stage 3 / MAS) • reporting and monitoring of critical items / open actions regarding MOD Closure and Approval • planning and deployment of Access-Database to improve processes/workload of the team • checking and comparing of data within the Airbus-IT-tools (ICC, ACC, MODA, CoDaC) to ensure MOD Closure in time
