For 2 Months I worked as a Mountain bike guide on the Greek Island Corfu. I have been responsible for the execution of Bike tours throughout the island, the maintenance of the bikes as well as developing afternoon program (mostly fitness) for the guests. Besides this I have been guiding tours to the Corfu-city trips and executed administrative work at the front desk, such as check ins and check out at the reception.

As an Intern at Bäckerei Oebel, my responsibilities were the preparation of baked good and their well presentation, as well as sales of these products and preparations of small meals. Moreover, I have overseen the daily cash settlements and was responsible for the daily ordering of stock with a close eye on seasonality and specials.
