After the company was founded out of a university project that I had been a part of, I transitioned into a leadership role, overseeing the development and operation of the core platform, further growing the team and contributing to product vision. The platform we worked on is a cloud-based, multi-platform, secure storage for personal digital health data. Joined the HPI in order to help build out the university project "GesundheitsCloud" into an actual tech company. As the first technical employee, I took on the tasks of building up the IT, including overseeing hiring and team building, development processes, cloud architecture and product development. By the end of 2017 we had grown to 10+ developers, had a working prototype and a scalable cloud system based on Azure.

Leading a team of six, focusing mainly on Data Architecture topics. My team builds the applications and architecture that allows for the storage, retrieval and processing of all event data that plista ingests. Further tasks include the oversight of scaling the entire system from a local (German) market perspective to a global one.

As member of the Core team, I was working mainly on modernizing and scaling a legacy application. Moving the monolith to microservices and while making sure we could keep up with increasing demand. Strong focus on clean code and testing.

I am one of the founders of Berlin based event and music agency headvsheart.
