My roles is to align business customers with solution teams. I handle design workshops for identifying together with the customer true user needs behind any digital solution. Together with teams we embrace Agile software development methods for rapid development and delivering value. As well, I participate in company transformation and growth on all possible levels.

When company spread into 4 value streams, I stepped of from being solely responsible for all teams. I've established good ScrumMasters in each team/group and my job became to help company grow on different levels. I established coaching plans with each ScrumMaster on where to help teams personal growth. I had helped to launch new teams for new products or onboard new team members. Evangelised the Agile way across the company and publicly.

My mission was to organise development processes and streamline software development towards company goals. I've organised teams, programs (Agile Release Trains) and established company wide cadences that helped to synchronise 80-130 developers. Hired and helped to grow five more ScrumMasters to be in charge with teams daily. Worked with Produce Management on goal definition. Established processes across the company

I conduct trainings based on my personal experience, they are more a workshop with basic theoretical framework. The main directions of trainings are: optimizing development process with Scrum and Kanban, optimizing Teams, personal time management.

Coaching and consulting Agile teams in achieving more. Injecting Agile methods and assisting with the transition. Advising and teaching customers on ways to gain more productivity by optimizing processes. Evangelizing Agile mentality. Sharing the teamwork spirit across the company.
