I led the integration of the two solutions I helped grow previously into a high-revenue and high-margin data protection suite. Based on customer needs, I implemented a strong shift in product direction and value proposition, drastically increasing visibility, customer base, and revenues along with investment and maintenance margins. I propagated the offering internally, regularly spoke at SAP and security-focused conferences, and contributed to the solutions finally moving into SAP standard development.

As temporary contributor, I helped boost adoption of SAP BTP. I streamlined the portfolio of free offerings, optimized cost structures, and orchestrated the preparation and release of the new trial offering against aggressive timelines.

I steered transformation of two customer UX projects into data protection solutions generating 6+mEUR annually. I defined value proposition and product vision, built GTM structures, and supported field and operations.

I co-innovated with customers, gathered requirements and prototyped applications and integrations, supported contract closure, and oversaw development cycles through to project delivery.

I implemented and integrated a complex mobile SAP solution into the global template for a big multinational brewery. As the only functional point of contact into SAP, I identified and drove additional enhancement projects, and in later stages helped mitigate and resolve project escalations.
