While managing customer relation ship on CxO level in the function as accountmanager I was fully responsible for the full contractual volume around IT Infrastructure, enduser services, software development, consulting- and managed services. Head of Project Coordination & Realizationteam for Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions with over all responsibility for all day to day and T&T ramp-up projects of global customers e.g. Siemens AG, Dräger or NSN with main focus on cloud and server operations along the procurement KPIs on EMEA level. Leading ramp-up taskforce and E2E process (incl. Orderentry for EMEA, Order- & Projectmanagement, Deliveryteams, improvement and lead of >100 employees with 20 direct reports) to achieve the milestones and goals.

Head of Datacenter Order Management with functional lead of 13-strong international team based in various European countries. Fully responsible for channel management and realization of all commodity orders of geographical clusters NW-Europe, SW-Europe and Global Production Center Germany with overall TCV of 65 mio €. The main focus is the technical orderentry, the order management processes and controlling worldwide implementation till to the handover to daily business.

Global Tower Service Manager with E2E responsibility for datacenter- & application operation for various clients like Siemens (Industry, Energy, Healthcare and Coprorate Units), Nokia Siemens Networks, SEN or Gigaset. Steering managed applications DBA, E-Business, Archiving, SAP and all datacenter relevant services (e.g. storage, backup, os, datacenter) by owning of contracts with overall yearly TCV of 40 mio €.
