Deployed Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC) BI tool for Controlling department of ELMŰ-ÉMÁSZ. Acted as a main point of contact between the business (in HU) and the Developers/Data warehousing team (in CZ). Modelled 4 data cubes: Collecting business requirements, Setting up dimensions, Defining various data sources including automatic data extraction from the underlying Business Warehouse (ETL process), Applying logic scripts according to Business definitions; Dash boarding & Data visualization.

Delivered business solutions via independent development of tools using Visual Basic scripting language in MS Excel/Access and Outlook to optimize processes within the organization. Set up and delivered regular updates of departmental KPIs to track quality and timeliness of the processes in place ensuring tight cost control;

Created process maps applying Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) principles. Prepared procedure manuals. Administered the process to collect data for selected Directorate performance dashboards and the Corporate dashboard.
