Managing Production, Planning and Maintenance Depts. across two manufacturing facilities. Resp. for manufacturing of furniture hardware products, incl. zinc, aluminum die casting, electroplating, laser cutting, welding, painting, plastic injection. Relocation of selected manufacturing processes between facilities to improve operational efficiency. Monitoring KPI performance and reporting results to the Management Board. Implementation of the IFS ERP system within Production and Maintenance Departments.

• Managing manufacturing operations for agricultural machinery, welded structures, and industrial equipment. • Responsible for laser cutting, bending, rolling, welding, and assembly processes. • Managing production and administrative teams. • Cost estimation and production planning for customer projects. • Maintaining relationships with key customers. • Planning and executing the relocation of the manufacturing facility to a new location.

• Managing three manufacturing areas: machinery production, baby stroller assembly, and ventilation systems assembly. • Supervising production plan execution and operational efficiency. • Coordinating manufacturing projects from quotation stage through production launch and after-sales support.

Organization of prod. process in new plant’s location (Greenfield); Planning, managing and supervision of production process; Supervision, managing, counseling and motivation of team of employees (6 Group Leaders, c.a. 100 direct employees); Scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities; Tracking and reporting production, financial and quality KPIs; Report and assist in resolving any process and/or equipment problems; Setting up of new products and processes.

Main duties: preparing and taking part in process of moving company into new organization (new owner); setting-up and re-starting production processes in a new organization (new ERP software, new IT environment and equipment, new rules and way of working); supervision of day-to-day activities of Production Department; responsibility for factory’s safety and environmental compliance programs; responsibility for maintenance and facility management.

Main duties: supervision of Production Department – meeting targeted production KPIs, supervision of production development programs (KAIZEN, ergonomics, safety); setting up new production processes, resources allocation; transfer from other plant and organization of SAS Department; responsibility for factory’s safety and environmental compliance programs; responsibility for maintenance and facility management.

Main duties: re-organization of production process (process flow, line balance); preparation of process documentation and its’ implementation; setting up working stations (preparing layout, equipment, ensuring ergonomics); planning and organization of production process’ transfer to the new location (new built factory) - new layout preparation, designing of utilities’ e.g. power source, pressured air, supervision of physical transfer of the machines and equipment.

• Zarządzanie zespołem pracowników (pracownicy produkcyjni oraz administracja); • Organizacja i kontrola procesów przepływu materiałów w Dziale Produkcji; • Organizacja i nadzór procesów raportowania w Dziale Produkcji; • Systemowa (SAP) kontrola procesu produkcyjnego; • Planowanie i kontrola budżetu Działu Produkcji; • Kontrola zamówień oraz dostaw materiałów pośrednio produkcyjnych.

• Zarządzanie zespołem inżynierów jakości i procesu; • Organizacja procesu produkcyjnego z punktu widzenia jakości wyrobu gotowego; • Tworzenie oraz wdrażanie krótkoterminowych oraz długoterminowych planów jakościowych.

• Organizacja oraz pierwsze uruchamianie produkcji w nowopowstającej fabryce; • Organizacja procesu produkcyjnego (przepływ zgodnie z zasadami Lean Manufacturing, balansowanie linii, tworzenie nowych, reorganizacja i optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych); • Kontrola procesu produkcyjnego (standardy jakościowe, dokumentacja); • Kontrola jakościowa wyrobów oraz półwyrobów w procesie produkcyjnym; • Tworzenie oraz kontrola instrukcji i dokumentacji procesowej.

• Kontrola procesu produkcyjnego (standardy jakościowe, zgodność z dokumentacją); • Rozwój i optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych z użyciem narzędzi Lean Manufacturing; • Balansowanie linii produkcyjnych; • Tworzenie instrukcji i dokumentacji procesowej.
