− purchasing direct / indirect materials and services for ABB locations in Germany, Croatia and the Czech Republic, − preparing and launching RFQ for spot purchases, − analyzing offers, conducting evaluations and recommending the best option, − processing Purchase Requisitions and creating Purchase Orders, − monitoring confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers, − managing on-time deliveries, posting goods receipt, − resolving issues related to Purchase Orders.

− buying security products on behalf of Tyco company in the Switzerland, − receiving and reviewing Purchase Requisitions, − creating Purchase Orders and transmitting them to suppliers, − solving daily problems regarding orders, liaising directly with the suppliers to resolve any quantity or delivery time issues, − tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing, − onboarding new suppliers, − collaboration with sales and accounting department.

− organizing finished goods shipments for the OEM and aftermarket, preparing all documentation required: delivery notes, invoices etc., − following up daily shipments and production priorities in coordination with production planners and taking correctives action needed, − collecting and inputting data into the ERP software in order to set up customers’ needs in the SIOP and in the MPS, − planning production and coordinating preparation of shipments for BTT and JIS orders.
