Led projects from a technical perspective from sales handoff through support; worked closely with customer business and technical staff, sales, and project management to document functional, technical and business system requirements, develop and present solution prototypes, and ensure that projects were successfully completed on time and within budget and that they met or exceed customer requirements and expectations; and assisted with troubleshooting and technical support.

(As consultant) Developed, maintained, upgraded and administered two electronic document imaging and management systems within a validated, federally regulated, environment. • Helped upgrade and validate KOFAX Ascent Capture from 6.1 to 7.5 to continue, and improve processing of legacy Case Report Forms (CRFs) and clinical documents for electronic publishing. • Helped implement and validate Integic ePower CRF Workmanager system and related software to allow paperless data entry and data management of CRFs.

Developed Oracle-Clinical Databases using SQL, designed CRFs, coordinated Electronic Data Capture (EDC) studies and developed EDC studies using TELEForm, SQL, and JavaScript. • Helped develop the quickest EDC Study by working 12-16 hour days and weekends, reducing development time from four weeks to less than three weeks and received recognition and awards.

Managed multiple projects including global CRF document imaging and management system design, set-up, and validation; created training and support documents, and training programs. • Led international team in the analysis of 4 diverse data management processes, and the successful development of a unified global document imaging and management process for data management, publication, and submission to FDA of CRFs, on time and within budget. • Led local implementation of document imaging system.

Designed, developed, managed, maintained and administered two electronic document imaging systems capable of processing more than 115,000 CRFs and clinical documents daily. • Analyzed records management processes, developed requirements, designed, and set-up customized document imaging system using KOFAX Ascent Capture to prepare clinical documents for electronic publishing, reduce manual workloads more than 50%, improve document archival processes, and improve accessibility on time, and within budget.
