Employed on a short term contract to conduct a cross site 'health' check of the newly installed Microsoft Dynamics data warehouse system (MSD). This included, training all users on MSD, including writing the training scripts, conduct a cross site 100% stock take and record the results in MSD. Provided a health check across multiple locations of their procedures and stores processes, including transportation.

Senior VSAT installation/maintenance engineer for O3b Networks. My responsibilities include installation of VSAT solutions worldwide, ranging from 2.5 to 6 metre antennas, network solutions to the customer and maintenance of existing installations and site surveys for all new installations.

It was my responsibility to provide analysis and advice on support requirements for future system implementations. Supported NCIA for the interpretation of user requirements, design of appropriate technological solutions, analysis of system faults and performance issues. I also assisted in the scheduling of software releases and the development of alternative approaches and application of standards.

In this assignment I provided the Operational Capability to the Ministry Of Defence Supply Chain as part of the support team. I also carried out service delivery to multiple hardware/software solutions across the MOD logistic division (LogNec). Further to this I was responsible for the inventory management systems, asset tracking, database administration (UNIX/SQL) and data communication solutions, utilising MOD bespoke systems.
