Program Manager for the Logistics, Engineering & Force Protection Directorate and serve as MAJCOM representative to Foreign Authorities throughout the Commands area of responsibility in matters pertaining to management of Construction Programs in Europe. Working on different programs, like the NATO Security Investment Program (NSIP), the Rhein-Main Transition Programs (RMTP - PIK I + PIK II) and I’m consultant for the European Deterrence Initiative (EDI) & the bilateral Agreement ABG75.

Working for/with Headquarters US Air Force in Europe (Air Base Ramstein): Coordination and review or preliminary and final plans / studies specifications and construction cost estimates. Review of awarding, claim and invoicing documents for large scale construction works. Developed a database which ensures accurate and effective funds management of the contracts and claims.

Project Manager for construction including Safety and Health coordination (SiGeKo) with single-family houses, duplex and apartment houses. Administration and maintenance on existing estate. Developed and prepared detailed project specifications, cost estimates and bills of material for maintenance and repair of facilities. Determined scope of necessary work by on-site inspections and consideration of type and quality of material and equipment required to accomplish projects.

Facility Mangement and maintenance measures. Developing and establishing long range plans for contracted service requirements, managing service contracts and applying new concepts and ideas for more effective and effecient contracted services. Project Manager including project controlling as well as Safety and Health coordination (SiGeKo) with a concept of occupational health and safety in accordance with construction site ordinances for industry and office buildings.

Determination of basis, Technological testing of materials, Project preparation, Site supervision, Mentoring
