As the Product Owner - Payments at FNZ Group, Tristan is responsible for driving the product management strategy and development roadmap for payment functionalities within our wealth management systems across Europe.

The analyst test lead role has a broad knowledge of FNZ platform capabilities and a deep understanding of assigned functional areas of the FNZ platform. They work on a consultative basis to support Solution Consultants in workshops and provide input into requirements. The analyst tester is involved in all aspects of analysis/testing from the more technical testing approaches including test automation, database manipulation and xml injection testing to functional specification testing and supporting UAT.

This role is responsible for the operational, conceptual and creative part of the product development processes. The Business Systems Analyst role has responsibility for the business and functional solution design and technical analysis of FNZ’s platform capabilities and business processes within their client aligned team.

Working under the Project Manager of Build Services, I was in charge of KPI Management, Quality Management, Process Improvements and Innovation focusing on increasing productivity and profitability in all aspects of the project overlooking 15 Field Managers and over 70 contractors and various business critical ICT Projects simultaneously. This role has a strong focus on meeting commercial requirements from our client. I was also the acting Business Analyst for the Build Services Team.
