Responsible managing a reconstruction program after the tsunami at Sri Lanka. The program included developing an urban master plan for an area of 1,300 houses in Batticaloa and institutional and service building plans. Program tasks included: • Designing a program to lodge people affected by the tsunami. • Selecting suitable material from within the limited choices. • Providing coordination of team members and other parties involved. • Contacting local and international diplomatic authorities.
