Established within 10 months best local program for the State Department in Europe. Planned and executed employment strategies for diplomats’ spouses. Developed a network of potential employers throughout the business community and the international organizations. Was globally the first to secure regional cooperation with multinational corporations and won award for contact outreach. Effective management of the program boosted Embassy’s morale and image and made it easier to attract the best employees.

Was co-responsible for strategic planning, management and control of overseas subsidiaries and investments in Western Europe, the United States, South America and Asia. Advised Bank principals on legal matters with a special focus on shareholder issues. Implemented decisions of Bank principals abroad. Analyzed and prepared materials for Board and Shareholders’ meetings. Reviewed financial performance. Played a central role with legal implementation of the merger between Creditanstalt and Bank Austria.

Worked closely with Director on special projects. Identified internal problems and strategized plans to resolve them. Advised on international legal affairs. Designed and managed fund raising and public relations campaign. Drafted a multiparty, multinational association agreement.
