Eliciting Requirements from all the stakeholders and Creating Features/User stories for the insurance Company's' Policy admin system for B2B environment • Conducting requirements gathering discussions with client and evaluation/analysis of the business requirements into IT solutions along with other junior BAs • Working in tandem with all Business stakeholders for application optimization, Improvements and Enhancements.

• Acting as the liaison between the business and Technology Delivery Centre to provide business solutions that meet user needs and improve business performance by providing the analysis of business requirements • Analysis of Billing for Telecom services and products like VSAT, Sat Phone, Routers, Ports, ADSL, IP Networking, and Video Conferencing Set-up for corporate customers in Italy and outside Italy. Customers like BNL, ENI, Deutsche Telekom, Syngenta etc.
