Coordinated a six sigma training project for all the personnel working in the plant. Performed internal audits to assure that departments meet the company's norms. Developed internal visual id and designs for the annual 5S campaign: posters, brochures and online materials. Created texts for the monthly department article which were published in the company's magazine. Trained new employees in lean administration techniques.
