I independently managed the agile product development of the business' e-learning platform. As an Agile Project Manager, I was responsible for planning, conception, implementation and reporting. Throughout the development process, I maintained communication and alignment with over 30 internal stakeholders including the course development team, product design, marketing, engineering as well as senior management and investors, with a growing user base of 10,000 customers.

-Solved problems in day-to-day business and requests from users together with the team and our external partners, and was responsible for recording, analysing and documenting the requirements of the departments in cooperation with the key users. -Supported the knowledge building of the local and internal departments, users and key users through training and knowledge transfer -Provide recommendations and help teams to make decisions in a timely manner and escalate when necessary
